As a Business Analyst on our Technology Services team, your
problem-solving skills are a must.Your ability to analyze, document
and provide creative solutions to business and technology problems
will contribute to the technological development and direction of
Plante Moran. We are looking for a Business Analyst to contribute
talent, expertise, and leadership in planning, design, development,
configuration, and launch of technology-based solutions, as well as
to help seed and grow the UX (User Experience) skills on our team.
The position requires knowledge and abilities in information
technology, system configuration, systems integration, business
processes, analysis, problem solving, agile processes,
communication, and user experience activities such as conducting
user research, usability testing, and creating user personas.
The role includes analysis of complete processes to identify and
select opportunities to make significant improvements.
Additionally, the role is responsible for designing new
applications, integrating systems, conducting user experience
research, and providing sound advice and support on the best use of
system capabilities to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
The role contributes to the standards and methodologies business
process improvement.

We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package.
Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these
benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week.
Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life
insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first of
the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible
staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and
various pre-determined holidays as well as a 401(k) plan, flexible
benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal
reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also
available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff. A
discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante
Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect
health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the
1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to
limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for
benefits.
Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience
is provided in accordance with applicable state requirement.
Compensation information posted is based on a position being
located in the state of CO or IL. Please review theposition
location for theapplicable geographic location.

Colorado monthly base range is as follows:
$7,083.33 to $10,000.00
Illinois monthly base range is as follows:
$7,916.67 to $10,416.67
