About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Retail Team Manager to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership to our Prepared Foods team, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all our stores.Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and retention.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and regulatory compliance.
• Customer Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with store leaders, team members, and stakeholders to drive business results and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 24 months of retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.What We Offer
