Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle
Management (RCM).
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and redesign collections workflows to enhance efficiency
and ensure timely reimbursement
Lead the implementation of automation technologies to streamline
collections processes
Develop strategies to optimize collections metrics and foster
collaboration across departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare
administration, finance, or a related field; Master's degree
preferred
10+ years of revenue cycle management experience, including 5 years
in a senior leadership role
Proven experience in implementing successful RCM automation
initiatives
Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean
or Six Sigma
Advanced understanding of RCM technologies and analytics tools
