Job Description:

TS Equipment Repair is looking for a dedicated and experienced Semi-Truck Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our yard/shop in Dearborn. If youre passionate about delivering quality service and leading a team, we want you on our team! Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shop operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians.
• Implement policies to enhance productivity and safety.
• Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance for semi-trucks.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements. Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in truck repair, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of semi-truck systems, class 8 truck maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in shop management software (CDL or ASE Certifications preferred). Working Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 am -5:00 pm Benefits for Employee:
