Company Overview Boyd Watterson Asset Management, LLC is an
independent investment advisor specializing in real estate, fixed
income, and equity products. We provide investment solutions to a
broad range of institutional clients and to high-net-worth clients,
mainly through intermediaries.Our investment strategies focus on
stable income with a moderate risk profile. The real estate
products are mainly delivered through private funds that primarily
own and operate commercial buildings under lease to agencies of the
US government, and state and local governments. Our fixed income
and equity products are delivered through separately managed
accounts, mutual funds, and intermediaries. Requirements: The
Opportunity
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for the
distribution of Boyd Watterson Asset Management product solutions -
Alternative Investments Real Estate and Fixed Income product
offerings through financial advisors affiliated with wire houses
and independent broker-dealers, RIAs or other assigned distribution
networks. The CRM will conduct office presentations, one-on-one
meetings with financial advisors and client meetings to drive
investment product sales. The position is a fast-paced, highly
competitive, client-facing relationship sales role that is rewarded
based upon consistent superior results.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain
profitable, productive relationships with Financial Advisors in
assigned territory to capture sales and increase market share.
Proactively seek and support the development of new initiatives
within assigned territory to enhance Boyd Watterson success and
market presence. - Conduct one-on-one meetings, group presentations
and client meetings/events. Deliver high-quality product knowledge,
providing usable sales approaches/ideas and guiding the
implementation of the sale with advisors and clients to get
results. - Develop solid working relationship with internal sales
team through regular communication, on-going mentorship and
training as well as delegation of responsibilities and the
assurance of accountability for activity and results. - Keeps
abreast of industry/market trends and developments and maintains
sound working knowledge of products and services. - Develop and
implement territory business plan - Capture field activity and
sales related data into CRM
Education, Skills, Personal Characteristics and Work Experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree (concentration in finance or
business preferred) - 7 plus years' experience in sales that
directly align with position objectives - FINRA Series 7/6 & 63/65
required. CIMA, CAIA, or CFA required - Must have experience
working in the Financial Services industry with established
relationships in the bank, broker-dealer and/or IBD, RIA & HNW
channels - Proficiency in Financial Services Sales, Wholesaling, -
Relationship Management - Demonstrated track record of consistently
meeting and/ or exceeding performance expectations - Exceptional
interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. - Experience
with tracking activity, CRM, pipeline management.
