Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Tax Manager, Global Tax
Reporting & Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with ASC 740 tax provision and tax accounting processes
Review federal, state & local tax returns and estimates, ensuring
timely payments
Analyze and reconcile tax accounts and perform flux analyses
Required Qualifications
6+ years of combined corporate tax and public accounting
experience
Strong understanding of ASC 740
B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting; C.P.A. strongly preferred
Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple
priorities
Resourceful with remarkable analytical abilities
