Amotec is a full service Staffing and Recruiting Firm with the
ability to service clients nationwide. Our Business Development
Managers are responsible for driving business growth within the
company. They will develop a network of contacts to attract new
clients, research new market opportunities, and cultivate
successful long-term relationships within organizations. Our
Business Development Managers are critical to the growth of our
business.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Leverage a diverse set of sales tactics including digital
platforms, cold-calling, e-mail, and face-to-face sales calls to
new and existing clients
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Networking and meeting with current and potential customers
Demonstrate leadership with strong cross-functional negotiation
skills, a drive for success, and a winning attitude
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) with at least two years of B2B
sales
Must have a sense of urgency to build a book of business
Previous experience in the staffing or recruiting industry a
plus
Excellent business communication skills
Experience working with a CRM , Must be able to navigate through a
database
Proven success in meeting and exceeding quotas and KPI's
Ability to work in a flexible, fast paced, collaborative work
environment
Excellent relationship building and proven customer service
skills
Team player with a passion for sales and a competitive attitude
along with the ability to exercise good judgement in a rapidly
changing and sometimes stressful environment
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer skills
including working across devices (Desktop computer, tablet, phone,
etc.)
