Your Role as ADON

• Lead with Purpose: Oversee day-to-day nursing operations to ensure seamless, high-quality care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  
• Enhance Resident Outcomes: Develop personalized care plans, monitor practices, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Inspire the Team: Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering professional growth and excellence in care delivery.
  
• Drive Quality: Champion performance improvement initiatives and represent nursing in leadership discussions.

    Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Active Ohio RN license
      
    • Current CPR certification
      
    • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
      
    • Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in geriatric nursing
