A company is looking for a Client Manager, Industry
Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize proprietary tools and metrics to address client business
questions
Prepare and present insights with actionable recommendations to
enhance customer satisfaction
Guide and coach junior team members while leading thought
leadership projects
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields
Prior experience with analytics solutions, including POS/Panel
Data
Proficiency in analyzing NIQ data sources relevant to clients
Ability to coach others in data analysis and tool usage
Master's degree is a plus
