Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Management Practitioner to
guide clients through the adoption of new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to
support client adoption of cloud solutions
Engage with clients to provide tailored guidance and support for
successful transitions
Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders to
ensure transparency and collaboration
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably
in a technology environment
Relevant change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CMMP) is
highly desirable
Strong understanding of cloud platforms and ability to translate
technical concepts
Experience in designing and delivering training programs focused on
adult learning principles
Proficiency in remote work and virtual collaboration tools
