Events.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to determine content
focus and manage speakers for events
Manage customer experiences and logistics for in-person events,
including outreach and content creation
Develop and maintain a speaker database and propose innovative
content strategies for events
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, speaker sourcing,
content strategy, or event management
Proven ability to create engaging, customer-centric narratives
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities
Experience in building relationships and collaborating across
teams
Ability to create and refine processes to improve efficiency and
consistency
