Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Compliance to lead its
Compliance Program and collaborate with various departments to
manage compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall management and direction of the Compliance
Program
Ensure the Compliance Program aligns with the seven elements of an
effective compliance program
Facilitate compliance training and education for employees and
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable work experience
with a Certification in Healthcare Compliance
7-10+ years of experience in a healthcare compliance setting
Proven ability to develop and manage a compliance program in a
fast-paced environment
Comprehensive knowledge of telemedicine compliance issues, laws,
and regulations
Strong understanding of healthcare coding, billing, and revenue
cycle processes
