As a charge nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, monitoring patient's condition, supervising nursing assistants, and fostering a supportive environment for residents and their families. Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs
Interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
Perform routine procedures and skilled charting
Administer medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards
Provide instant medical care in emergencies
Supervise nursing assistants
Attend monthly in-services to expand knowledge and capabilities
