Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health Practice Manager to
oversee the operations of its network of mental health therapists
and coaches.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the mental health therapist and
coach network to ensure high-quality care delivery
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for new therapists and
coaches in alignment with demand forecasts
Continuously review and improve operational processes for
efficiency and scalability within the provider network
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare
management or related field is a plus
5+ years of experience in provider operations, specifically
managing mental health therapists and coaches
Proven track record of process optimization and scaling operational
workflows
Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) related
to mental health care
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a
fast-paced, remote environment
