A company is looking for a Principal Researcher, Quality
Improvement and Learning Systems- Health.
Key Responsibilities
Apply quality improvement and performance methods to support
stakeholder needs
Manage fast-paced projects, including budget and staff
management
Design strategies to engage stakeholders in learning and sharing in
a virtual environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
PhD with 7 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 11
years of relevant experience
Experience managing or facilitating learning networks using online
tools
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and teams
Experience in quality improvement methods/tools
Knowledge of adult learning principles and healthcare learning
collaboratives
