Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to assist
customers in a claims contact center.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound telephone inquiries and initiate auto and
homeowner claims
Provide customers with explanations of the claims process and
status updates on existing claims
Document all customer interactions accurately in the claim file
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Customer Service Experience preferred
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to manage multiple
windows simultaneously
Ability to operate a computer for extended periods of time
