Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their
team in a fully remote, direct hire role.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions
across various industries
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using
diverse recruiting methods
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
to manage the hiring process efficiently
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the
engineering or IT sectors
Demonstrated success in recruitment at all levels within an
organization
High School diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred
Strong technology aptitude and direct experience with candidate
search databases and ATS
Ability to work remotely with sufficient internet connection
