A company is looking for a Payroll Operations Country Lead for
Norway & Nordics.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for Denmark
Oversee all operational processes and reporting, ensuring timely
and accurate payments
Monitor regulatory changes and maintain country knowledge pages
Required Qualifications
Extensive Norwegian payroll experience in an in-house processing
environment
Expertise in local legislation and payroll tools such as SAP and
Excel/Google Sheets
Experience in accounting and reconciliations
Ability to mentor and support payroll specialists
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
