Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to
oversee the Technical Support team and manage complex technical
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily Case Support Hours and provide mentorship to the support
team
Manage complex technical escalations and ensure thorough
documentation and communication
Develop and deliver product training sessions and maintain internal
technical documentation
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing
technical roles
Deep experience with the Salesforce platform
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
Foreign language fluency and/or nonprofit experience is a bonus
