Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for standardization and streamlining of
clinical workflows
Own the design, testing, implementation, and documentation of
process improvements
Develop training materials for clinicians on new processes and
maintain the clinical knowledge management platform
Required Qualifications
3+ years of operations or consulting experience in healthcare
delivery or a high-growth startup
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform
decisions
Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
Experience building and scaling operational processes
Passionate about maternal and child health
