Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to manage
ad trafficking and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assess needs from the ad management system and traffic ads through
dedicated ad servers
Develop and maintain inventory schedules while managing multiple
projects with competing priorities
Provide reporting and analysis of internal and external KPIs and
proactively resolve any issues
Required Qualifications
Experience in ad operations or related field
Ability to manage creative assets and ensure compliance with
booking specifications
Proficiency in managing shared inboxes and addressing regional
queries
Experience collaborating with sales teams and external agencies
Flexibility to act as a back-up for team members during high
workload periods
