Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to design and
develop training solutions for associates.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze learning needs and collaborate with Business Units and SMEs
to design effective training resources
Create and manage training materials and plans, ensuring
high-quality documentation and adherence to deadlines
Evaluate training program effectiveness and stay updated on
emerging trends in instructional design
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications/English or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
1 to 2+ years of experience in instructional design, technical
writing, or curriculum development
Knowledge of instructional design practices and experience with
Learning Management Systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual classroom tools
Advanced degree or certifications in Instructional Design or
related fields preferred
