Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in content creation, particularly viral
videos
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally in a
startup
Strong understanding of short-form content and its
effectiveness
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal
oversight
A proactive approach with a strong bias for action
