Customer Sales Guide Role Overview
At DriveTime Family of Brands, we're seeking a skilled Customer
Sales Guide to join our team. As a key player in our sales and
customer experience activities, you'll be responsible for providing
exceptional customer service, conducting sales and test drives, and
ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
--- Collaborate with Managers and other Customer Experience Guides
to delegate tasks and meet customer and company needs.
--- Execute all administrative responsibilities, including deal
documentation, underwriting, cash handling, inventory management,
and meeting company expectations.
--- Understand and execute company directives, initiatives, and
expectations.
--- Make phone calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, and
educate potential customers about their options.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
--- Professional and persuasive communication skills.
--- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings,
evenings, and Saturdays.
--- Understanding of vehicle characteristics, features, and
capabilities.
--- High school diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of related
work experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
--- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
