Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal, Tax.
Key Responsibilities
Provide substantive support for tax disputes in audits,
administrative forums, and tax litigation
Manage day-to-day calendaring of audits and tax litigation
deadlines
Coordinate with business and legal stakeholders to ensure
compliance and processes are in place
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4-8+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in tax or
financial concepts
Familiarity with tax audits and litigation is a plus
Knowledge of corporate regulatory compliance is a plus
