Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Therapist Success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage OT payroll processes and ensure timely payment
Oversee P&L accounting for clinical entities and manage the RCM
process
Develop training programs and ensure appropriate onboarding of
occupational therapists
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a digital health company with a provider
network
Experience in developing systems/processes in previously
unstructured environments
Knowledge of clinical billing, credentialing, and practice
administration
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution-oriented approach
Experience managing teams and conducting quality management
reviews
