Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Team Lead - Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a payroll team or multi-country payroll bureau, including
hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with
payroll regulations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
and accuracy in payroll operations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll operations
In-depth knowledge of international payroll laws and
regulations
Proficiency with payroll software and systems
Experience in automation of payroll processes
Experience with bureau payroll and EOR/PEO is advantageous
