Job Description:

A company is looking for a Retention Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from patients wishing to cancel their service and address their concerns
Assist with general inquiries, payment processing, and questions regarding claims
Make outbound calls to patients to encourage them to return to the service

Required Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience in collections activities or customer service
Experience in a high-volume, phone-based environment
