Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Care Specialist to provide
customer service remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and gather necessary information through phone,
email, or chat
Provide expert advice on products and assist in order
processing
Resolve customer inquiries and issues while keeping them informed
about their orders
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
1-2 years of previous customer service experience preferred
Dependable and reliable with a good record of attendance
Ability to work independently and multitask
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not necessary
