Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Team Manager who will
oversee accounting operations in a remote, multi-client
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple accounting teams and operations for
various small business clients
Develop and implement accounting processes and ensure compliance
with relevant regulations
Lead, mentor, and support team members to enhance performance and
professional growth
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in small business accounting operations
across multiple industries
Strong understanding of general accounting principles and
compliance requirements
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or
ERP systems
Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA candidate is
a plus
Proven management experience with a focus on leadership and process
development
